The Line Items page shows you the allocations that have been created in this cost account. Allocation line items that were created in other Budget/Cost Management documents and then allocated to this cost account do not appear on this page.
The grid on the Line Items page is similar to the Cost Account Allocation Grid found in other documents. This grid enables you to update more information.
Cost Account line items columns
The following table summarizes the actions available on the page. These actions are only available when the cost account is in edit mode, unless otherwise noted.
From the Line Items page, you can… | |

Choose whether Proliance displays the cost or budget allocations. This button is available in both read and edit modes. |

View a list of the allocations for this cost account, and optionally, export the list to Excel. This button is available in both read and edit modes. |

View the offsetting allocations for the selected budget allocation. This button is available only in read mode, while viewing budget items. |

Manage the offsets for the selected budget allocation. |

Add a new budget allocation to the cost account. This button is available only when viewing budget items. |

Add a new cost allocation to the cost account. This button is visible only when viewing cost allocations or when managing offsets. |

Delete a line item. |

Copy the selected allocation. |

Paste the copied allocation into a new row at the bottom of the grid. |

Split the selected allocation into two or more allocations of equal value. |

Transfer the selected allocation to another cost account. |

Set the selected allocation as the default for its book type. You can set separate defaults for budget and cost allocations, for each book type. |

Recalculate the values on the Financial Summary page of the cost account so that it reflects recent updates to the Line Items page. |
