Copying and Pasting an Allocation

When you need to add many similar entries into a document, the copy and paste feature for allocations helps reduce repetitive data entry. You can select an existing allocation, copy it, and then paste its information into a new allocation entry at the end of the list.

Note: You can copy and paste allocations within the same document only.

 To copy and paste an allocation

  1. On the grid containing the allocations, select the allocation to copy.
  2. Click Copy.
  3. A message confirming the copy appears.

  4. Click Paste.
  5. Proliance adds a new allocation to the end of the grid.
