About Workspace Properties
The Workspace Properties document contains essential and important details about your workspace and
can be accessed from both the Organization and Workspaces work areas. You
may access the Workspace Properties document in the Workspaces work area only if you have been added to the project and you have security
permission to the workspace document. To access the Workspace Properties document in the Organization work area, you only need
to have security permission to open the document.
Important: The
Workspace Properties document can
only be edited from the Organization work area when in Draft mode.
This information is organized under the following pages:
- Main:
Contains a general overview of the workspace, its type, its classifications,
important dates, document information, and content management settings.

- Web Links:
Contains a list of resources from where you can obtain information on
the workspace. For more information, see "Workspace Properties - Web Links".
- Key Participants:
Lists all the primary users responsible for this workspace. For more information,
see "Workspace Properties - Key Participants".
- Periods:
Lists all the periods used in this workspace. These include the cost periods
and internal periods. For more information, see "Workspace Properties - Periods".
- Languages:
Enables you to manage the available languages for the Workspace. For more information, see "Workspace Properties - Languages ".
- Properties:
Contains the properties of the workspace document. This includes the name
of the user who created the workspace and the date when it was created.

Note: When in Draft state, only the Main and Properties
pages are available. For more information on the workflow states, see

- Workflow:
Enables you to see where the document is in its lifecycle, who has already
performed actions on the document, and who will receive notification when
the document changes to a specific state. For more information, see "About the Workflow

- Activity Log:
Records all the activities of a workspace properties document, such as
when it was saved, imported, exported, forwarded, or received. For more

- Attachments:
Contains a list of all the documents related to this workspace properties
