Workspace Properties - Key Participants

The Key Participantspage of the Workspace Properties displays all the primary users who are responsible for a  process or task. Note that you can only add or delete key participants from the workspace side.

Enter edit mode to do the following:

• To add a key participant, click Add Line.
• To remove a key participant, select the check box next to the key participant to remove and then click Remove Line(s).

This section is only relevant to Plan-Build workspaces.
