Activity Log Tab

The Activity Log tab records all of a document's activities and displays them in the order that they occur.

Proliance records the following types of document activities:

• Created: When the document was initially saved.
• Transitioned from: When the document's state changed.
• Distributed: When the document was sent to a user inside or outside of your workspace but it did not change the state of the document.
• Imported: When the document was successfully imported into your workspace or portfolio.
• Saved / Updated: When the document is saved.
• Viewed by Recipient: When the document was first viewed by the recipient of the notice.
• Has Conflicts: When the document was held with conflicts during an import.
• Exported: When the document was exported successfully.
• Failed Export: When the document was not exported successfully.
• Limit Overridden: When the document was brought to a restricted state by a user whose Authorization Limit was less than the value of the document. These restrictions are set out in the workspace's Limits of Authority document.

For each activity, it displays the following information.

• Date Logged: The date and time when this activity occurred. The format of the date and time is determined by your Proliance settings.
• By User: The name of the user who caused this activity.
• Company: The name of the company that the user belongs to.
• Activity: The type of activity. "Distributed" refers to a document that has been forwarded.
• Activity Details: Any additional details on the activity. Example: The state that the document transitioned from.
• Current State: The current state of the document, which includes the state that the document transitioned to.
• Date State Exited: The time and date when the document transitioned from the Current State into the next one. This date is populated only when a state transition occurred. Example: Draft --> Active --> Inactive. The Date Exited will appear next to the Active state row when the document transitions from the Active to Inactive state.
• Days in State: The number of days in which the document remained in the Current State.
• Audit Notes: If the document was modified via an integration account, Audit Notes may contain details about the nature of the transaction. For example, this field may display information about the user making the change, the third-party interface used to make the change, and the version of the interface code.
