Workspace Properties Workflow Actions

While in edit mode, Proliance displays at the top of the page the workflow action recommended by the sender of the document. You can use the Workflow button to change or select an action if none was recommended. For more information, see "Performing a Workflow Action".

Important:Workspaces are created from the Organization work area. Once you perform any action to move the new workspace out of the Draft state, the workspace properties are no longer editable from the Organization work area. You need to use the Workspaces work area to make modifications and to perform state changes thereafter.

Set as Potential Set the Workspace Properties document as a potential workspace.	Need to be in Organization work area	Potential
Open for Procurement Open this workspace for procurement if your company decides to invest resources to obtain this workspace. When you first create a workspace, your company may not have a contract for this workspace. However, you record it in Proliance because this workspace may result in a potential workspace. A new workspace has a Potential state. Pursuing a workspace with this state indicates that negotiations and bidding are taking place. This action	Need to be in Organization work area if current state is Draft Need to be in Workspaces work area if current state is Potential	In Procurement
Activate Activate the workspace after being awarded the workspace. After a workspace has been accepted and activated, you will be able to add users to this workspace. Submit for Completion Submit the workspace for completion.	Not available from Organization work area	Pending Completion
Complete Complete this workspace.	Not available from Organization work area	Completed
Cancel Cancel this workspace if you decided not to pursue it or if the workspace was awarded to a competitor.	Not available from Organization work area	Canceled
