About the Workspaces Properties Register
The Workspace Properties register lists all the workspaces within a portfolio. The columns displayed depend
on the current view.
The Workspace register contains different Workspace Properties documents depending on the work area used:
From
the Organization work area
The Workspace register in the Organization work area lists all the workspaces created
by your organization, in any workflow state.
From this register, you can create, delete, and enter workspaces. You can also open any existing workspace document to view workspace properties.
If the workspace is still in the Draft workflow state, you can also modify workspace properties.
From
the Portfolios work area
The Workspace register in the Portfolios work area lists each workspace in the current
portfolio to which you have been given access. Template workspaces and Draft workspaces are not included.
From this register, you can open any of these workspace documents
to view workspace properties or you can enter the portfolios work area for
any workspace you can currently access.
From
the Workspaces work area
The Workspace register in the Workspaces work area contains the Workspace document of your current workspace.
From this register, you can open the current workspace document
to view or edit workspace properties.

Available buttons are determined by the current work area and the permissions in your security
role.
