The Schedule of Values page records detailed information about a pre-commit contract or a change order.
Using the Display Columns drop-down list, you can display either all the line item columns or only the basic columns. The Basic option shows the most commonly used line item columns only.
This page uses two kinds of rows to present the following information. The document needs to be in edit mode before you can modify any of the columns:
Note: For parent rows with only one child Allocated BCM row, Proliance keeps the following values synchronized between the two: quantity, unit price, and amount. For parent rows with multiple child rows, Proliance uses the Pivot Type for each child row to determine the quantity, unit price, and amount.
In addition, child Allocated BCM rows on expense pre-commit contracts, change orders and auto-commit invoices also display the following drawdown information:
Note: The child Allocated BCM rows are available only if BCM integration has not been disabled for the contract or workspace. For more information, see "Enabling/Disabling BCM in Proliance".
The following table shows the actions available for the line items list. Note that these actions are available only when the change order is in edit mode.
