Editing a Meeting

To edit a meeting, the meeting must be any state except the Approved state. If you are making edits to a past meeting that is not the latest in the set, these edits are not carried forward to future meetings.

To maintain meeting set continuity, you cannot edit the meeting set name once the meeting belongs to a set. To change the meeting set name, copy the meeting. For more information, see "Copying a Meeting".

You can edit any meeting, providing that your security role permits the editing of the appropriate document type. For more information, see "About Security Permissions".
