The Meeting's Main page contains the basic information for your meeting.
The following fields summarize the content of the meeting. The Meeting document needs to be in edit mode before you can modify the fields. Meeting attributes are grouped under the following sections:
Indicates the current state
of the meeting.
Displays the managing company. You can change the Managing Contact in
the Details section.
Displays the name of the meeting set that this meeting belongs to.
A string of characters that uniquely identifies the meeting document
within the workspace. You can edit the number in the Details
section.
Displays the date of the meeting. You can change the date in the Details section.
Displays the name of the meeting set. If your meeting does not belong
to a set, this field is not displayed. To change the Meeting Set Name,
copy the meeting to a new meeting.
Displays the number of meeting items not discussed out of the total
number of items in the meeting.
Displays the order in the set out of the total number of meetings in
the set.
Displays the number of meeting items not completed out of the total
number of meeting items.
Indicates whether this document is the latest meeting in the set. If
this is not the latest meeting, a hyperlink is provided to the latest
meeting document.
The Project section displays a simplified version of the information available on the Projects tab. Use this section to quickly view a list of projects currently linked to the document, and to create, read and delete project links in edit mode. Information displayed in the project section is also available on the Projects tab, and any changes you make in the Project section is synchronized with the Projects tab.

Using the Project section, you can set the current document's project linking status to:
Select to remove all project links for the current document. You can only remove project links if you have the appropriate role security permissions, and your contact document has a link to the same projects.
Select to display a box where you can enter a single project link for the current document. Click the Magnifying Glass icon
Select to display a box where you can enter multiple project links for the current document. Click the Magnifying Glass icon
Select to link the current document to all projects within the current workspace.
The current status of project linking is displayed in the section header so that you can quickly scan project status with all the sections on the Main page collapsed. The document must be in edit mode before you can update information in the Project section.
Indicates the current state
of the meeting.
Displays the name of the meeting set. If your meeting does not belong
to a set, this field is not displayed. To change the Meeting Set Name,
copy the meeting to a new meeting.
Displays the name of the meeting set that this meeting belongs to.
By default, Proliance adds the ID for the Meeting Set Name as the first
part of the Number. Type a string of characters that uniquely identifies
this meeting, or leave it blank if Proliance is configured to supply one.
You can configure
the format of this number by using Proliance
Local Admin. For details, refer to "Editing the Number Format"
in the Proliance Local Admin on-line help.
Select the name for the company and contact that is managing the meeting.
Optionally select the name of the person who prepared this Meeting document.
You can use this field if the person who prepared the Meeting document
is different than the Managing Contact.
Type the location of the meeting.
Enter or click the Calendar icon

Type the purpose of the meeting.
Type any notes for the meeting.
Type the location for the next meeting. When you create the next meeting
in the set, this location is moved to the Location field under the Meeting
Details.

Select this check box to send white, or Read and Respond, notices to
the Responsible Contacts. These notices are sent when the Meeting document
moves to the Approved state. The contact can follow up in between meetings
and report back in the next meeting. Note that if the meeting moves from
the Approved state to another state, this option is cleared to prevent
the Responsible Contacts from receiving duplicate notices. You can select
this option again if you want to re-send the notices.

Summary
