Meeting - Attendees and CC's
The Meeting's Attendees and CC's page contains the
information for the people that are attending your meeting and that need
courtesy copies for the meeting. You can choose to send a notice to each
attendee or CC once the document moves to the Approved state.
The Attendees and CC's page enables you to view only the
Attendees, only the CC's or all. Use the Views
button on the grid to apply your view. These views are predefined views
and are not editable.
The following fields list the information for the attendees
and CC's. The Meeting document needs to be in edit mode before you can
modify the fields. Information about the attendees and CC's is grouped
under the Attendees and CC's category. This section shows the following
information for each attendee or CC.
- Company: Select the company that the contact belongs to. This field is required.
- Contact: Select the contact. Selecting the contact before selecting the company
automatically fills in the company field with the appropriate company
name. This field is required.
- Attendee or CC: Select whether the contact is an attendee or CC. An attendee needs to
attend the meeting, whereas a CC only needs to be aware of the meeting.
This field is required.
- Meeting Role: Select the meeting role for the contact.
- Present?: Once the meeting has started, select this check box to indicate that
the contact is present at the meeting.
- Notify on Approval: Select this check box to send a notice to the Attendee or CC once the
meeting moves to the Approved state. A notice is sent only if the contact
has an Proliance account.
- Notes: Type any notes for the contact.
- Order: Optionally type an order. This order is helpful if you want attendees
or CC's to appear in a specific order on a report.
