Editing a Quote

You can edit the values on a quote and perform a workflow action on it. Your security role must have permission to edit quotes. For more information, see "About Security Permissions". If you edit the quote, it does not affect the document that contains the items that were copied to the quote.

 To edit a quote

1. Open the Quotes register.
2. Select the quote and click Edit.
3. Make the necessary edits. Please refer to the following for more information on the fields for each page:
• Main 
• Financial Summary 
• Tax Summary 
• Line Items 
• Settings 
• Properties 

Headings marked with an asterisk (*) are required. All other headings are optional.

4. Click Save.

Proliance saves the page.

5. Click Exit Edit Mode when you are finished editing.
