About RFIs
Using Request for Information
(RFI) documents in Proliance, you can send and follow up on questions
about your workspace. An RFI contains a question, an answer, and cost and
schedule impacts. You can link additional information such as drawings,
sketches and drawings to help clarify the item under discussion. For

Additional RFI information is also available on the following
tabs:
- Workflow:Enables you to see where the document is in its lifecycle, who has already
performed actions on the document, and who will receive notification when
the document changes to a specific state. For more information, see "About the Workflow Tab".
- Project: Lists the Projects the RFI document is linked to. For more information, see "About the Projects Tab"
- Activity Log:Records all the activities of the RFI, such as when it was saved, imported,
exported, forwarded, or received. For more information, see "Activity
Log Tab".
- Attachments:Contains a list of all the documents and files related to the RFI. For more
information, see "Attachments
