Deleting an RFI

You can delete RFIs from your workspace. If this RFI is part of an RFI Issue, Proliance provides you with the option to either delete the RFI discussion with or without its linked RFI Issue. If the RFI discussion has a pending state, you are prompted to send the recipient a cancellation notice.

Your security role must have permission to delete RFIs. For more information, see "About Security Permissions".

To delete an RFI

1. Open the RFIs register.
2. Select the check box next to the RFIs you wish to delete and click Delete.

Open the RFI and click Delete .

3. Select either to delete this RFI document with or without its linked RFI Issue.

The RFI is deleted.
