About Drawings and Submittals
A drawing or submittal is a specific type of catalog
card that represents an object that can be circulated for review in a
package.
- Drawings
represent floor plans, blueprints, and other illustrations that must be
circulated for approval by all stakeholders before construction can begin.
- Submittals
represent documents and items that contractually require approval by stakeholders.
Submittals can include electronic documents, such as schedules, or they
can represent physical items such as floor samples.
You manage the drawings and submittals through their respective
registers.
Information about these documents is organized over the following
pages:
- Main: Contains all the commonly used information about a drawing or a submittal.
For more information, see "Drawings/Submittals

- RFIs: Lists the RFIs
that currently refer to the drawing. This page is used only for drawings.

they've provided. For more information, see "About
the Review Steps Page".
- Properties: Contains information about the document itself, such as the user who
created the document, and the workspace in which the document was created.
