Deleting a Standard Plan

You can delete any standard plan that is not in an Active state and which has not yet been used to create plans. Your security role must have permission to delete standard plans. For more information, see "About Security Permissions".

You can delete a standard plan from either of the following places:

• From the register: Use this method to quickly delete several standard plans at once.
• From the document: Use this method when you need to verify the standard plan before deleting.

To delete a standard plan

1. Open the Standard Plans register from the appropriate work area.

Note that if a standard plan appears in both the Organization and Workspaceswork areas (that is, it was created from the Organization work area and then copied to one or more workspaces), deleting it from one work area does not delete the standard plan from the other work area.

2. Select the check box next to the standard plan to delete and click Delete.

Select the standard plan and click Delete .

3. Click Yes when prompted to confirm.

Proliance deletes the standard plan. Deleting a standard plan removes the links to the standard forms within that standard. The standard forms themselves are unaffected.
