About Organization Work Area

The Organization work area is the portion of Proliance relevant to the organization as a whole. This work area provides the tools for you to create workspaces, portfolios and templates, manage company documents, and assign workspace users with different security access. It also provides several powerful registers for you to manage notices and contact information.

The Organization work area is used mainly by those involved in human resources, accounting, or high-level administration within your organization.

To open the Organization work area

  1. Open the Home page of Proliance.
  2. Click Organization.
  3. The start page of the Organization work area appears.
