The Standard Plan document can have several states in Proliance. Each state indicates where the document is in its life cycle in Proliance. When you perform workflow actions on the document, the state of the document changes accordingly.
State | Description | |
---|---|---|
1 |
Draft |
A new Standard Plan document is still being assembled. It is not yet complete nor ready for activation. For more information, see "Creating a New Standard Plan". |
2 |
Active |
The standard plan is complete and can be used to create Plans. The standard plan cannot be edited nor deleted while it has an Active state. The typical standard Plan document remains in this state for most of its life cycle. |
3 |
Inactive |
The responsible user has deactivated the standard plan document for whatever reason. The document is still present in the database, but is unavailable for use. You can reactivate an inactive Standard Plan document whenever necessary. This places it back into the Active state. |
