Deleting a Plan

You can delete a plan that is currently in use in Proliance if your security role has permission to delete plans. For more information, see "About Security Permissions".

Examples of when you may need to delete plans include:

• The plans were created in error
• The wrong plan package was used to create the plans

You can delete a plan from either of the following places:

• From the register: Use this method to quickly delete several plans at once.
• From the document: Use this method when you need to verify the plan before deleting.

To delete a plan

1. Open the Plans register.
2. Select the check box next to the plan revision to delete and then click Delete.

Open the plan to delete and click Delete .

3. Click Yes when prompted to confirm.

Proliance deletes the plan. Deleting a plan removes the links between the plan and the forms within the plan.
