Creating a New Standard Plan

Create a new standard plan when you need to assemble a set of standard forms that will be used to create plans in use for a workspace. You can create as many standard plans as necessary. Just remember that they will not be used until you've added them to a planned package and that package is chosen for a workspace.

The stages defined in a standard plan are fixed: when the standard plan is used to generate plans in use, the order or the number of stages cannot be changed. However, you can adjust the list of forms to be used after the plans are created.

Your security role must have permission to create standard plans. To view the standard forms within the standard plan, you must have read permission to the standard forms. For more information, see "About Security Permissions".
