About Workspace Summaries

A workspace summary displays a "snapshot" summary of your workspace during a specific period of time. Workspace managers or administrators create workspace summaries on a periodic basis to obtain the current status of the workspace. These summaries are released to the organization where managers, executives or responsible participants can use them for executive-level analyses.

Workspace summary information is grouped on the following pages:

• Main: Contains general information about the document, such as the number, title, and description. For more information, see "Workspace Summaries - Main".
• Breakdown: Displays a summary of your documents. For more information, see "Workspace Summaries - Breakdown".
• Properties: Contains information about the workspace summaries document, such as who created the document, and the workspace in which the document was created. For more information, see "Document Properties".

Additional workspace summary information is also available on the following tab:

• Workflow: Enables you to see where the document is in its lifecycle, who has already performed actions on the document, and who will receive notification when the document changes to a specific state. For more information, see "About the Workflow Tab".
• Activity Log: Records all the activities of a workspace summary, such as when it was saved, imported, exported, forwarded, or received. For more information, see "About the Activity Log".
• Attachments: Contains a list of all the documents related to this workspace summary. For more information, see "Attachments Tab".
