The Workspace Summary document can have several states in Proliance. Each state indicates where the document is in its life cycle in Proliance. When you perform workflow actions on the document, the state of the document changes accordingly.

Draft |
Indicates you have generated a workspace summary, but have not released it to the organization. At this stage, you can only view the workspace summary from within the workspace. When you are satisfied with the contents of the document, you can release it to the portfolio. A workspace summary in the organization may also have a draft state if it was created as a copy of another workspace summary. |

2 |
Pending Acceptance |
Indicates that a user sent the workspace summary document to the organization's portfolio for acceptance. |
|
3 |
Accepted |
Indicates that the responsible user has reviewed and accepted the workspace summary document. |
|
4 |
Rejected |
Indicates the workspace summary was rejected by a user from your organization. |
