The Main page summarizes the workspace state during a specific period of time. To view detailed information on the workspace, select the Breakdown page. The workspace summaries document needs to be in edit mode before you can modify the fields.
Workspace summary information is grouped under the following headings, which appear with different names depending on whether the document is viewed in the Workspace or the Organization work area:
General
/ Workspace Summary Details
Current State:
Indicates the current workflow state
of the workspace summary.
Description:
Type a brief description of the workspace being summarized.
Display Name:
The workspace summary name that is displayed on the UI.
Last Updated:
The day when the document was last updated. Proliance automatically
enters today's date. You can modify this date by either typing the date
or clicking the Calendar icon.

Logo:
The logo the workspace, if any.
Number:
Type a string of characters that uniquely identifies this workspace summary,
or leave it blank if Proliance is configured to supply one. You can configure
the format of this number by using Proliance
Local Admin. For details, refer to "Editing the Number Format"
in the Proliance Local Admin online help.
Original Copy:
'Yes' indicates that it is an original workspace summary. 'No' indicates
that it is the copy of another workspace summary.
Workspace Current State:
Indicates the current state of the workspace. For more information on
the workflow states of a workspace, see "Workspace
Properties Workflow States".
Name:
Type the name of the workspace to which this workspace summary belongs.
Number:
The number that uniquely identifies the workspace that is being summarized.
Title:
Type a title that will identify this workspace summary.
This section summarizes the values in the workspace properties document. You cannot edit these values in the workspace summary.
Note: All amounts have been converted to the value of the currency used at the organization. Proliance does this by multiplying the workspace currency amounts by the Conversion rate to Org.
A code that represents the banking services used.
The base currency used in the workspace. This base currency is a real
currency, as listed in the ISO Currency
Code lookup for a currency
document.
The currency used in workspace billings. This billing currency is a real
currency, as listed in the ISO Currency
Code lookup for a currency
document.
Indicates whether a Contractor Controlled Insurance Portfolio (CCIP) is
active.
A code used to identify the client.
A client group categorization.
The type of client for the workspace.
The company or statutory entity.
The date on which the contract was completed.
The contract type. Examples include: Pre-commit or Auto-commit.
The rate used by Proliance to convert workspace amounts to the organization
currency. This rate is defined on the Main
page of the workspace currency.
The rate used by Proliance to convert workspace amounts to the portfolio
currency. This rate is defined on the Main
page of the workspace currency. If the workspace is not part of a portfolio,
the conversion rate is '1'.
Indicates whether this is a free service workspace.
Indicates whether the client is internal.
The manager code used in the workspace.

The name of the company that is managing the workspace. Typically, the managing company is the name of your company.
The market sector in which the workspace is involved.
Identifies whether the workspace is negotiated but NOT tendered.
Indicates whether an Owner Controlled Insurance Portfolio (OCIP) is active.
The office or sub-business or business unit involved.
The currency amount of the original contract value.
Identifies the exclusions in the workspace.
The workspace grouping used.
An indication of whether the workspace is secured or completed.
The date on which the sale was made.
The type of service provided.
The currency amount of the Strike GPM.
The vertical market or strategic business unit (SBU) in which the workspace
is involved.
This section lists the current start and finish dates of the workspace. You cannot edits the dates in the workspace summary.
The date on which the workspace started. This date may be the same as
the Original Start Date.
The date on which the workspace was completed.
The date on which the workspace is agreed to and expected to start.
The date on which the workspace is agreed to and expected to finish.
The date on which work is currently expected to be complete. This date
is based on changes to the workspace since it began.
The date when the workspace is closed.
When viewing Workspace summary information from the Organization Work Area, there is an additional heading:
The name of the summary collection to which this workspace summary has
been assigned
