Editing a Workspace Summary

Certain values of a workspace summary can be edited. These include the title, description and the last date when the workspace summary was updated.

After generating a workspace summary, some items may have been resolved. To ensure you have submitted the most current workspace summary to the Organization, generate a new workspace summary. Alternatively, you can create a copy of the current workspace summary and edit its values.

Your security role must have permission to edit workspace summaries. For more information, see "About Security Permissions".

To edit a workspace summary

  1. Open the Workspace Summaries register.
  2. Make a copy of the current workspace summary.
  3. Proliance displays a copy of the workspace summary.

  4. Click Edit.
  5. Make the necessary edits. Please refer to the following for more information on the fields for each page:
  6. Headings marked with an asterisk (*) are required. All other headings are optional.

  7. Click Save.
  8. Proliance saves the page. Click Exit Edit Mode when you are finished editing.
