Use the Bid Package document to manage the overall bid process, including defining the bid request, designating bidders, issuing the bid request, tracking bid status, and managing the final submitted proposals.
Much of the information that you enter in a package is made available to each bidder as part of their invitation. Bidders can review this information in preparation for completing their proposal. A smaller subset of information from the package is used to structure an itemized list of goods and services where bidders can enter their pricing information.
