Bid Package Workflow

Use the Workflow button to perform an action that sets the document to another state. Some actions require that certain conditions be met before the document can be changed to next state.

Draft	Complete Preparation	(none)	Ready For Bidding The bid package is ready to be issued to bidders.
Ready for Bidding Draft Awarded	Issue Bid Package	(none)	Issued The bidding period is open. Proliance creates one bid invitation for each bidder listed on the Bidders List page. If configured, the bidder will receive an email notification.
Issued Draft Ready For Bidding	Close Bidding	(none)	Bidding Closed The bid period is over and no more bids will be accepted. The bids are being evaluated.
Bidding Closed Draft Ready For Bidding Issued	Award Bid	(none)	Awarded The bid package has been awarded to a particular bidder.
Issued Bidding Closed Awarded	Reset to Draft	(none)	Draft Any previously awarded proposal is removed from the Awarded Bid Proposal field.
Bidding Closed Awarded	Reset to Ready for Bid	(none)	Ready For Bidding Any previously awarded proposal is removed from the Awarded Bid Proposal field.
