Use the organization menu in the organization work area
to access the services available in your organization.

Applications
- Analytics: Launches Proliance Analytics,
a powerful reporting tool that works with IBM Cognos to create reports that encompass an entire portfolio of workspaces.

Plans: Contains all the plans, forms, and templates used for quality

File Management
- Catalog
Cards:Contains catalog cards, which represent external files or materials
used in the your organization's workspaces. For more information, see "About File Management".
Portfolio Management
- Portfolios:Lists all the portfolios that exist within the organization. . Depending on
your security permission and the state of a portfolio, you can view the
details of a portfolio.
- Programs & Projects:Lists all the workspaces that are managed by this portfolio. Depending on
your security permission and the state of a workspace, you can view the
details of a workspace.
