Organization Menu

Use the organization menu in the organization work area to access the services available in your organization.

Notices

• My Notices: Contains notices that you have received.  For more information, see "My Notices".
• Company Notices: Contains notices that have been sent by your organization's staff. For more information, see "Company Notices".

Applications

• Analytics: Launches Proliance Analytics, a powerful reporting tool that works with IBM Cognos to create reports that encompass an entire portfolio of workspaces.

• Office Management:
  • Management Plans: Contains all the plans, forms, and templates used for quality management in your organization's work areas. For more information, see "About Management Plans".

File Management

• Catalog Cards:Contains catalog cards, which represent external files or materials used in the your organization's workspaces. For more information, see "About File Management".

Portfolio Management

• Portfolios:Lists all the portfolios that exist within the organization. . Depending on your security permission and the state of a portfolio, you can view the details of a portfolio.
• Programs & Projects:Lists all the workspaces that are managed by this portfolio. Depending on your security permission and the state of a workspace, you can view the details of a workspace.

Reports

• User License & Login Data:Contains reports detailing user licenses and login information such as failed login attempts, successful logins and license types. Reports are downloadable in Microsoft Excel (.xls) format.
• External Reports:Contains reports created with third-party tools. For more information, see "About External Reports".
• Workspace Summaries:Contains generated summaries of your organization's workspaces. For more information, see "About Workspace Summaries".
• Summary Collections:Contains various groupings of workspace summaries from your organization's workspaces.  For more information, see "About Workspace Summaries".

Address Book

• Contacts: Contains information on your organization's external contacts. For more information, see "About Contacts".
• Vendor Companies: Contains vendor companies associated with your organization. For more information, see "About Companies".
• Business Units: Enables you to represent groups of people both in and outside of your organization that are assembled to complete certain activities. For more information, see "About Companies".
• Org Companies: Contains companies within your organization.  For more information, see "About Companies".
• Staff: Contains information about your organization's staff members. For more information, see "About Staff Members".
• Distribution Lists: Contains customized groups of contacts used throughout Proliance. For more information, see "About Distribution Lists".

Administration

• Calendars: Contains calendar configurations for your organization's workspaces.  For more information, see "About Calendars".
• Configuration:
  • Custom Print Layouts: Contains custom layout files used for printing document or register reports. For more information, see "About Custom Print Layouts".
  • Lookup Lists: Contains all the lookups available in your organization's workspaces. For more information, see "About Lookup Management".
  • Languages: Lists the supported languages available in your organization's workspaces. For more information, see "About Languages".
  • Security: Contains the security features in Proliance such as roles, categories, company roles and password policy. For more information, see "About Security".

• Cost: Contains currency options for your organization. For more information, see "Configuring Workspace Settings".
