The following table summarizes the actions that you can perform on a calendar. The current document state and your security permissions determine which actions are available to you at any given moment. While in edit mode, Proliance displays the most likely next action at the top of the page, but you can select another action from the "Workflow" button.

Activate Makes the calendar active. Only active calendars can be added to a workspace or imported from the organization. |

Reset to Draft Changes the calendar back to the Draft state. Use this to prevent a calendar from being added to a workspace. |

Reset to Obsolete Makes the calendar obsolete. Obsolete calendars cannot be added to a workspace. However, you can copy an obsolete calendar. |
