You can make a copy of any register view you can access within any register in Proliance. Copying a register view enables you to create new views based on the definitions of an existing register view. When you copy a Proliance view, the new copy becomes either a Personal or Shared view and you can edit it as normal. You can only copy register views within the same register.
To copy any register view, your security role must have permission to read the documents the register contains. To copy a Shared view, your security role must also have permission to read and create shared views. For more information, see "About Security Permissions".

The views defined for the register appears.
The Views: Copy View dialog box appears.
Proliance adds the copy to the list of views in the Register Views dialog box. You can now edit the new view to meet your needs.
