About the Unresolved Register

The Unresolved register in the My Notices menu contains the notices for documents that Proliance has received, but which could not be processed due to unresolved conflicts.

The standard view for this register shows the following information for each unresolved notice:

• Number: The identifier of the unresolved document. This identifier is unique to the workspace.
• Priority: The priority of the document. The priority can be Urgent, High, Normal, or Low. For more information, see "About the Notice Icons".  
• Action: The type of conflict detected in the document. If more than one conflict exists, the Action is "Multiple conflicts exist.".
• Company: The name of the company that employs the person who sent the document.  
• Document Type: The type of unresolved document.  
• Due: The date when the sender requires a response to the document.  
• Sent By: The person who sent the document. This may be the author of the document, or it may be someone acting on the author's behalf. This person could be someone from outside of Proliance .
• Subject: The title of the unresolved document.

To open the Unresolved register

1. Under the Notices menu, expand the My Notices submenu.
2. Click Unresolved.

The documents with unresolved conflicts appear.
