Recovering a Rejected Notice

You can recover any notice in the Rejected register. Recovering a rejected notice moves it back to the Unresolved register.

It is not necessary to recover a rejected notice before processing it—you can attempt to process any notice in the Rejected register simply by selecting it.

To recover a rejected notice

  1. Open the Rejected register.

    2. The rejected notices appear.

  2. Select the notice to recover.
  3. Click Tools > Recover Rejected Notices.

    4. Proliance moves the notice back to the Unresolved register.
