To you, the recipient, a notice appears as a "sticky note" on the right side of the document. The notice color indicates the action that the sender expects you to perform on the document. The notice icon indicates the status of the notice.
Notice Colors
There are three status for each color. These status are listed in the Notice Icon table below.
Color | Action Expected |
---|---|
Yellow |
Collaborate—The recipient is expected to collaborate with another Proliance user in order to move the document to another stage of its life cycle. |
Blue |
Review—Read the document and if necessary, contribute to the content of the document to make it ready for future collaboration. |
White |
FYI—The document contains information that may interest you, but you are not expected to perform any action on it. An FYI notice means you have been copied ('CC:' or 'Always CC:') on the document. For Synchronization—The document was changed in another workspace or organization, and synchronized with the document instance in your workspace or organization. This notice is for your information only. |
Red |
Hold—The document is in the Unresolved Conflicts menu because it was received from outside your workspace, but could not be processed by Proliance because of conflicts. |
