Register Views Dialog Box

In the Register Views dialog box, Proliance shows you the list of views available for this register or dialog box. You can always see all Proliance views and any Personal views that you created. If you have permission to read shared views, you can also see any Shared views created for this register or dialog box. From the drop-down list, you can filter the list of views in the Register Views dialog box so that it shows all of the views, or only personal, shared or Proliance views.

When you select a view, Proliance displays the following Summary information below the list. You can modify this information when editing the view.

• Description:A brief description of the purpose or features of the view.
  
  You can set the description from the General tab of the Register Views dialog box when editing or creating a view .
• Columns:The columns that appear in the register or dialog box when this view is applied. Each column corresponds to a particular field from the register's documents. The columns are listed in the order in which they appear, from left to right.
  
  You can set a view's columns from the Columns tab of the Register Views dialog box when editing or creating the view.
• Filter:This field displays either 'On' or 'Off' depending on whether any filters are currently applied to the view.
  
  You can set a view's filters from the Filters tab of the Register Views dialog box when editing or creating the view.
