Delete a Register View

You can delete any of your Personal views and any Shared view. When you delete a Shared view, it will no longer be available to any user. If you delete a shared view in a managed workspace, the view is also removed from every other workspace in the portfolio.

To delete any register view, your security role must have permission to read the documents the register contains. To delete a Shared view, your security role must also have permission to delete shared views. For more information, see "About Security Permissions".

To delete a register view

  1. Open the register for which you want to delete a view.
  2. Click Views > Manage Views.
  3. The views defined for the register appear.

  4. In the list of register views, select the view that you want to delete.
  5. Click Delete.
  6. Proliance asks you for confirmation.

  7. Click Yes.
  8. Proliance removes the view from the list.
