Register Views - Columns

From the Columns tab of the Register Views dialog box, you can select the document information to be displayed in the register and the order in which it appears.

To select column headings in a view

  1. From the list in the left-hand pane, select the information item you want to add to the register.
  2. Click the Right Arrow .
  3. The information item appears in the right-hand pane.

  4. If you want the column heading to appear further to the left on the register, click the Up Arrow until the column heading is in the correct position relative to the other columns.

    If you want the column heading to appear further to the right on the register, click the Down Arrow.

  6. If you no longer wish the information item to be displayed in the register, click the Left Arrow.
  7. The information item is removed from the right-hand pane.

  8. Click Save.
