The Main page of a cost account contains a summary of the budget and cost information in the cost account. This page is also where you specify the title of the cost account. The cost account needs to be in edit mode before you can modify the fields.
The information is grouped under the following sections:
Creation Date: By default, Proliance makes this the date on which someone first saved the cost account. The Creation Date also appears on the Properties page. You cannot edit this date.
Current Budget: The sum of the Approved Original Budget, Approved Changes, Approved Transfers, and Proceed Budget ACR columns for every allocation in the cost account. Current Budget also appears on the Financial Summary page.
Current Commitments: The sum of the Setoff Orders, Proceed Costs, Original Costs, and Approved Changes ACR columns for every allocation in the cost account. Current Commitments also appears on the Financial Summary page.
Current State: Indicates the current state of the cost account.
The Project section displays a simplified version of the information available on the Projects tab. Use this section to quickly view a list of projects currently linked to the document, and to create, read and delete project links in edit mode. Information displayed in the project section is also available on the Projects tab, and any changes you make in the Project section is synchronized with the Projects tab.
Note:

Using the Project section, you can set the current document's project linking status to:
The current status of project linking is displayed in the section header so that you can quickly scan project status with all the sections on the Main page collapsed. The document must be in edit mode before you can update information in the Project section.
The Advanced Code is a label that concisely describes all the grouping codes linked to a cost account. Proliance creates the Advanced Code by concatenating the grouping codes that you select here.
You can create an Advanced Code only if grouping codes have been configured in your workspace. For more information, see "Configuring Cost Account Advanced Codes".
Depending on how these grouping codes were configured, they may or may not appear in the Advanced Code.
