The current status of project linking is displayed in the section header so that you can quickly scan project status with all the sections on the Main page collapsed. The document must be in edit mode before you can update information in the Project section.
Type the title of the cost account. You can sort the list of cost accounts
in the Cost Accounts register by title.
Type a string of characters that uniquely identifies this cost account,
or leave it blank if Proliance is configured to supply one. You can configure
the format of this number by using Proliance
Local Admin. For details, refer to "Editing the Number Format"
in the Proliance Local Admin on-line help.
Optionally type a note to describe the cost account.
The Advanced Code is a label that concisely describes all the grouping codes linked to a cost account. Proliance creates the Advanced Code by concatenating the grouping codes that you select here.
You can create an Advanced Code only if grouping codes have been configured in your workspace. For more information, see "Configuring Cost Account Advanced Codes".
Click the Magnifying Glass icon
If either of these grouping codes were configured for use, type your own
code here. Note that you are able to type any text into these fields —
Proliance does not verify that the information in these fields is correct.
Depending on how these grouping codes were configured, they may or may not appear in the Advanced Code.
Proliance creates the Advanced Code
based on the values from each grouping code. You cannot edit the Advanced Code. Your workspace administrator
decides which grouping codes are used in the advanced code and the order
in which they appear.
