A cashflow document can have one of several states. Each state indicates the position of the document in terms of its life cycle. When you perform workflow actions on the document, the state of the document changes accordingly.

Draft |
The cashflow document is in its early stages and is not ready for review or approval. |
2 |
Pending |
The cashflow document is being prepared and/or it is near completion. |
3 |
The cashflow document is approved and is in use. You cannot edit this cashflow document unless you are assigned the "State Read-Only Fields - Cash Flow" security role. |

Pending Approval

The cashflow document has been submitted for approval, but has not been approved yet. You cannot edit this cashflow document unless you are assigned the "State Read-Only Fields - Cash Flow" security role. |
5 |
Canceled |
The cashflow document has been cancelled. It is preserved in its current form for future reference. You cannot edit this cashflow document unless you are assigned the "State Read-Only Fields - Cash Flow" security role. |
