Review Your Invitation

Review the information contained in the invitation to decide whether you want to participate in the bidding competition. By accepting the invitation, you can complete and then submit your proposal.

To review a bid invitation

1. On the Main page, review the closing date and time for the bidding competition.
2. Click the Instructions page to review guidelines for submitting your bid. You can download file attachments from this page.
3. Click the Scope of Work page to download and review the file attachments your bid coordinator has included for your consideration when completing the proposal.
4. Click the Price Breakdown page to review the list of items to be included in the proposal.

To complete your proposal, you must first accept the invitation. For more information about accepting your invitation, see "Accepting Your Invitation".
