Bid Invitations - Scope of Work

The Scope of Work page of the Bid Invitation document lists the file attachments to be reviewed by bidders when preparing their proposals. This information is derived from the Scope of Work page of the parent package. This page is for reference and is read-only, although bidders can download the file attachments listed in the Drawings and Files grids.

Work Description

The Work Description section contains a textual overview of how to respond to the proposal request.

Drawings

Using the Drawings section you can download and review blueprints and other technical drawings necessary to respond to the proposal request. Click Download All to download all the files in the grid as a single .zip file.

The following columns appear for each line item in the Drawings grid.

• Number: A number that uniquely identifies a drawing file that can be downloaded.
• Title: The title of the attached Presentation file to be downloaded.
• Revision Number: The revision number for the most recent revision of the drawing.
• Revision Date: The date that the drawing was last updated.
  
• File Size: The size of the drawing file to be downloaded.
• Notes: Additional details that describe the drawing file to be downloaded.

Files

Using the Files sections you can download and review the files necessary to respond to the proposal request. Click Download All to download all the files in the grid as a single .zip file.
