Bid Invitations - Main

• Current State: Indicates the current workflow state of the invitation.

• Title: Displays the title of the invitation.
  
• Number: A string of characters that uniquely identifies the invitation within the workspace. The first number in the sequence is the reference number for the parent invitation.
  
• Creation Date: Displays the date when the invitation was created.
• Bid Package Number: Displays the number of the parent package.
• Bid Closing Date: Displays the date and time before which all proposals must be submitted.
• Bid Proposal: Displays a link to the related proposal.
• Latest Addendum: Displays a link to most recent invitation addendum.

The Project section displays a simplified version of the information available on the Projects tab. This section is read-only and is synchronized with the parent package's project links.

Note: Like all other project-related user interface elements, the Projects section is hidden if no projects currently exist in the workspace.

• Title: The title of the invitation.
• Number: A string of characters that uniquely identifies this invitation.
• Brief Description: A short description that further describes the invitation.
• Full Description: A longer description that further describes the invitation.
• Notes: Additional information for the invitation.
• Bid Coordinator: The contact person who is the coordinator for the bidding process.
• Bidder: The contact person at the bidding company.

• Initiative: If this document was created in a workspace, this is the construction initiative to which the workspace belongs.
• Sub Project: The name for the specific portion of the workspace with which the document is associated.
• Classification Information 1-5: Classification information for this document.
• Classification Information Lookup 1-2: The user-defined values that define this document.
