Bid Invitations - Instructions

On the Instructions page, review any guidance provided by the bid coordinator on how to complete the proposal. All information on the invitation Instructions page is copied from the Bidder Instructions page of the parent package. This page is for reference and is read-only, although you can download attached files.

Instructions

The Instructions section includes any instructions that the bidder needs to consider in order to properly respond to the bid request.

Dates

The Date section displays the important dates for the proposal process, including the closing date.

• Bid Closing Date: The final deadline for submitting proposals.

Files

In the Files section, bidders can download files that contain further details about how to respond to the bid request. Click Download All to download all the files in the grid as a single .zip file.

• Number: A number that identifies the particular drawing or file.
• Title: A string of characters that identifies the particular drawing or file. Click the hyperlink to download the file.
• Revision Number: The revision number for the drawing or submittal.
• Revision Date: The date when the current revision was created.
• File Size: The size of the file.
• Notes: Additional details about the file.
