Editing a Bid Package

You can edit a package at any time, according to your security role permissions. When a package is modified and saved, the changes are immediately reflected in all related invitations and proposals.

Tip

  • If the package has already been issued to bidders, you can create and issue a package addendum to notify bidders of the specific changes you have made in the package.

To edit a package

  1. Open the Bid Package register.
  2. Select the bid package to edit and click Edit.
  3. Make the necessary edits.  Please refer to the following for more information on the fields for each page:

    2. Proliance saves the document.  Click Exit Edit Mode when done.
