The Scope of Work page contains information about the work activities, deliverables and timeline for the project being bid on. Bidders can view all information contained on the Scope of Work page in their own invitation, and can download any file attachments that are included.

Work Description
In the Work Description section you can type any details the bidder would need to know in order to understand the extent of work defined for the project. If the drawings and files included on the Scope of Work page include details that are to be excluded in the final proposal, you can use this field to clarify the specific aspects to consider or ignore.
Drawings
You can use the Drawings grid to list drawings with attached Presentation files. These file attachments can contain blueprints and other technical drawings. Bidders will be able to see the hyperlink to download the presentation file on the Scope of Work page of their invitation, but will not have access to the Drawing document itself.
For example, you can include a PDF file that contains a blueprint of the project design. Attach the file to a drawing as a Presentation file and then add the drawing to the Drawings list. Bidders will be able to download the file from their invitations. No additional security settings are required to allow bidders to download these file attachments.
