Creating a Bid Package

You can create a bid package to specify the bidders, requirements and timelines for a bid process. For more information about packages, see "Bid Packages".

To create a bid package

  1. Open the Bid Package register.
  2. Click New to create a package using the default template.
  3. —or—

    Click the arrow next to New to select the template to use. For more information, see "About Document Subtypes".

  4. A blank package document appears. Some information may already be filled in, depending on the template used.

  5. In the Title field, type the title of the package.
  6. Complete any other necessary information for the document. Headings marked with an asterisk (*) or highlighted fields are required. For more information, see "About Required Fields".
