Editing a Drawing/Submittal Package

You can edit the following information in a package providing that your security role permits the editing of the appropriate package type. For more information, see "About Security Permissions".

The following are some examples of when you may need to edit or update a package:

ClosedTo edit a package

  1. Open the appropriate register for the type of package that you are creating.

  2. Select the package you wish to change.
  3. Click Edit.

  4. Optionally edit the following pages:

  5. Optionally add or remove items in the Drawings or Submittals page.
  6. Optionally add or remove reviewers in the Review Steps page.

    7. The required fields are marked with asterisks and may also be highlighted. For more information, see "About Required Fields".

  7. Click Save.

    8. Proliance saves the changes. Click Exit edit mode when you are finished editing.

Note:

  • Packages can be fully edited while in the Draft or Submittedstates. Once the package moves to the In Review or Complete states, you will not be able to modify the items within the package nor the review steps of the package.
