Creating a Drawing/Submittal Package Revision

You can create a new revision of a drawing or submittal package only under the following conditions:

• The package has been completed AND

• The package contains documents that were marked 'Rejected' by the managing contact when the package was completed

Proliance does the following once the above two conditions occur:

• Creates a new revision of the package in the Draft state
• Creates a new revision of the package's rejected documents in the Draft state
• Places the new revision of the rejected documents into the new package revision

The old revision of the rejected documents remain in the old package

• Increments the system revision number by '1' in the new package revision

You should edit the new package revision before starting the review process again. For example, you'll need to calculate the dates in the review process and then attach any relevant updated files to each new drawing or submittal revision within the package.
