Adding Transmittal Items

You can add revisions of drawings or submittals to a transmittal using either of the following methods:

These documents will be sent to the specified recipients of the transmittal.

The transmittal needs to be in the edit mode before you can add items to it.

ClosedTo add drawings or submittals

  1. On the Transmittal Items page, click Add Existing.
  2. From the drop-down menu, select either Drawings or Submittals.
  3. Select the document(s) to be added to the transmittal.
  4. Click OK to close the dialog box.

    5. Proliance adds the specified documents to the list.

ClosedTo add drawing or submittal packages

  1. On the Transmittal Items page, click Add From Package.
  2. From the drop-down menu, select either Drawing Package or Submittal Package.
  3. Select the package(s) to be added to the transmittal.
  4. Click OK to close the dialog box.

    5. Proliance adds all the items from the specified package to the list.

Tip:

  • After entering the items, you can have Proliance update the list with only the latest or accepted revision of each drawing/submittal. For more information, see "Updating List of Transmittal Items".
