Transmittal - Recipients

The Recipients page of a transmittal document lets you indicate who should receive the transmittal, including all the items contained in the transmittal.

You can select individual recipients or Proliance can automatically enter the names of any contact who has received any previous revisions of the drawings/submittals (via another transmittal) listed on the Transmittal Items page. For more information, see "Adding a Transmittal Recipient".

Enter the following information in each grid column:

The following table summarizes the actions available on the Recipients page while in edit mode.

On the Recipients page, you can... Click

Add a recipient

Add

Remove the selected recipients from the list

Remove

Populate the list with the people who have received any revision of the transmittal items.

This operation may take several minutes if there are many transmittal items.

Get from Transmittal Items

Copy selected row(s), and paste copied row(s) to the list

Copy button.Paste button.

Resize, sort, and customize the list.

Tips:

  • The Recipients page is different from the Review Process page found in drawings, submittals, and transmittals in previous releases of Proliance. People listed on the Recipients page are not involved in a review process —they simply receive the transmittal and are not required to take any action.
  • Proliance enters the names of the people identified on this page (who have Proliance accounts) in the list of To: recipients when you perform the Send workflow action. You can modify the list of names in the notification dialog box if necessary.
