Plan – Forms

The Forms page of a plan lists the forms belonging to the current stage of the plan. When a plan revision is created from a standard plan, the standard forms associated with that standard plan are used to create the plan's forms. Every form created in this way appears on the Forms page of the appropriate plan, as well as the Forms register.

The plan manager uses the Forms page to ensure that all the correct documents for the current stage are present. If not, the plan manager can add or remove forms as necessary.

In a plan, you can only view the forms that belong to the current stage. If you want to view the forms that are assigned to other stages, open the Standard Forms page of the standard plan used to create the plan.

This page shows the following information. The document needs to be in edit mode before you can modify the fields.
