About Portfolio Properties

The Portfolio Properties document contains important details about your portfolio and can be accessed from both the Organization and Portfolios work areas. You may access the Portfolio Properties document in the Portfolios work area only if you have been added to the program and you have security permission to the portfolio document. To access the Portfolio Properties document in the Organization work area, you only need to have security permission to open the document.

• Open the Portfolio Properties register

Important: The Portfolio Properties document can only be edited from the Organization work area when in Draft mode.

This information is organized under the following pages:

• Main: Contains a general overview of the portfolio, its type, its currency, the managing company, document information and content management settings. For more information, see "Portfolio Properties - Main".
• Web Links: Enables you to enter the Portfolio's Home page. For more information, see "Portfolio Properties - Web Links".
• Languages: Enables you to manage the available languages for the Portfolio. For more information, see "Portfolio Properties - Languages ".
• Properties: Contains the properties of the portfolio document. This includes the name of the user who created the portfolio and the date when it was created. For more information, see "Document Properties".

• Workflow: Enables you to see where the document is in its lifecycle, who has already performed actions on the document, and who will receive notification when the document changes to a specific state. For more information, see "About the Workflow Tab".
